Lopez Sanchez Law is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering a high volume of data into our database systems. You must have excellent typing skills and a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Your work will involve analyzing data for accuracy, identifying and correcting errors, and organizing information in a clear and accessible manner. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar role, although this is an entry-level position and training will be provided to the right individual. The use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software will be a regular part of your duties, and familiarity with Google Suite is also beneficial. Exceptional attention to detail is required to ensure the integrity of our records. Strong communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments. You should be well-organized and capable of managing your time efficiently to meet deadlines. Experience with other database software is advantageous. This full-time position is not remote and will be based at our office location, which is flexible. We expect a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion when handling sensitive information. Responsibilities

Enter customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
Scan documents and print files, when needed

Requirements

Proven data entry work experience, as a Data entry operator or Office clerk
Experience with MS Office and data programs
Familiarity with administrative duties
Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner
Typing speed and accuracy
Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
Attention to detail
Confidentiality
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy

Experience with CRM software
Basic understanding of databases
